Reservation Policy

Weekend/Daily Reservations Policy:  Rates include a $25.00 cleaning fee. No Security Deposit Required. Add an additional 10% Administration fee, 6% sales tax to your total room rate. We require a  50% deposit and there is a $50.00 cancellation fee, 14 day cancellation policy. Cash, personal checks and credit cards accepted. Weekend rate applies to holidays and two night stays that include a Friday or Saturday night. Well behaved leashed dogs are welcome for an additional $20.00 per night. Balance for all rentals must be paid in full upon check in. Lessee must be at least 21, have a drivers license/major credit card. Additional charges may include fees for excessive cleaning, damaged or missing items. No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. No smoking inside any cabin. Groups renting three or more cabins are welcome (additional terms and conditions may apply) contact us for details. Late check out -  4 PM upon request if available $25.00.

Cabins 7, 8 & 9 are private lake access homes located just across the road from the resort and lake and beach.
Cabin 10 is a 2100 sq. ft. private home on Clear Lake 4 houses west of the Resort
Cabin 11 is a private log home on the South shore of Clear Lake 1.5 miles west of the Resort.
Cabins 12 A & B  Neighboring lake front homes on the waters edge of Clear Lake 1/4 mile north east of the resort
Cabin 14 - 3 Bedroom home on Ambrose Lake with a large private Lot. Close to the trails with tons of parking. 1.5 miles from the Resort
