Boat Slip Rental Agreement
TERM – The use of the slip is from May 1, 2018 – October 15, 2018
BATHROOM – A port-a-potty, located near the garage, is available for slip holders. The combination code will be given to slip holders.
GARBAGE – A dumpster is available for slip holders. It is located next to the garage.
PARKING – Slip holder’s parking is available in Clear Lake Resort’s main parking lot. Along the backside of the lot facing Clear Lake Party Store.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES – We will be offering our slip holders fueling, boat pickup and delivery, tying up your boat, vinyl cleaning and protectant and power washing for an additional fee.
BOAT SLIP LIMIT ON USE – The agreement is the slip is for the lease holder’s boat only.
ENTRANCE TO BOAT SLIPS – Slip holders must use the pathway between Cabin 5 and Cabin 6 down to the docks. Do not use the pathways between the cabins.
CLEAR LAKE RESORT LIABILITY – Clear Lake Resort assumes no responsibility for the safety of any person, persons guest or boat parked at Clear Lake Resort and will not be liable for fire, theft, damage or vandalism to boat slip holder’s boat, its equipment, and engines. Clear Lake Resort DOES NOT insure against Injuries, fire, theft, damage, vandalism or any other loss or casualty to boat slip holder, holders boat or guests .
NO REFUNDS – There will be no refunds for early termination of this agreement.
